How do I read the time?
The supplied design uses the left eye for hours and the right eye for minutes. See the at-a-glance guide for the other visual indicators.
Why is she getting older?
That’s part of her personality: the face ages through the hour. The product artwork describes face cream as a way to make her look young again. You can try an artwork preview on the home page.
Does the website preview use my health data?
No. The preview switches between supplied artwork. It does not connect to your watch or read sensors.
Will it work on my watch?
Check the official store listing for supported devices and operating-system versions once it is available. The promotional watch images do not guarantee compatibility with a particular device.
Why might weather or heart-rate information be missing?
Availability can depend on your watch, the configured data source, and permissions. Review the installed app’s instructions and your device’s permission settings. Do not grant access you are uncomfortable sharing.
Where do I request a refund?
If you purchased through Google Play, use Google Play’s refund help. Eligibility depends on the purchase and store rules.
